concrete pavement bricks are widely used in sidewalks, squares, gardens and other public places. Concrete soil pavement bricks are a good pavement material. However, due to the production of concrete pavement bricks due to raw materials, concrete matching and production technology, it is easy to affect the strength, color grade, wear resistance, water absorption, frost resistance and other main quality and technical indexes of concrete pavement bricks, resulting in the quality problems of pavement bricks and affecting the practical application of concrete pavement bricks. Therefore, the production quality control of concrete pavement bricks, pay attention to the following problems:
1. production process control
The following principles shall be grasped for pavement brick forming:
( 1) Due to the different mixing density of the raw materials used, it is appropriate to use a low water-cement ratio pressurized vibration molding process to make the product uniform and dense. The principle of compaction is to measure the weight of wet bricks. The heavier the brick, the more dense it is.
( 2) Control the water-cement ratio: the surface layer shall have micro-cement slurry, but not stick to the upper pressure mold as the principle; the bottom layer shall have cement slurry on the side but not bulge as the principle.
( 3) color control: distance brick 1.5 m no color difference principle.
( 4) thickness: brick thickness control in 58~60mm, surface thickness of more than 8mm.
2. strictly control molding and size deviation
strictly control the stirring sequence, stirring time. During the molding process, to prevent concrete layering, floating, caking and segregation, in order to ensure the strength and appearance size of pavement bricks, two sets of standard molds are selected, one set of molds is used until the size deviation reaches 0.5mm, and then the other set is used to reach 0.5mm; Then the two sets of molds should be rotated regularly.
3. low temperature curing
the strength and decoration of concrete pavement bricks are restricted by the curing conditions, and the curing method must be selected according to local conditions. In order to facilitate the hydration and decoration of cement, the temperature of the curing kiln shall not exceed 45 ℃, and the temperature of the kiln shall be close to 40~50 ℃. In order to ensure the decoration of concrete pavement bricks, low temperature curing or natural curing in the curing kiln shall be adopted, and water shall not be applied as often as wall bricks.
