Concrete batching machines mainly use sensors and control systems to achieve accurate weighing and proportioning of various materials. When working, the materials in each material bin are conveyed to the weighing bucket through the feeding device (such as belt conveyor, screw conveyor, etc.). The weighing sensor installed on the weighing bucket measures the weight of the material in real time and transmits the signal to the control system. The control system automatically controls the start and stop of the feeding device according to the preset formula ratio, comparing the actual weighing value with the set value, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate batching. When all materials reach the set weight, the batching machine unloads the prepared materials into the mixer or conveying equipment and enters the next production process.
